Wild Feast courses & events

The ancient practice of using wild ingredients is being rediscovered and foraged food is increasingly on the menu at top restaurants. Get the know-how on sustainable and safe foraging for unusual wild ingredients with Wild Feast. I can help you become more confident in recognising common edible wild plants – how to identify those worth eating and those best left in the wild.

On a Wild Feast course you’ll to learn how to identify a range of edible wild plants and how to use wild food to prepare tasty dishes and drinks. I develop many of my own original recipes and provide ideas and tasters on my courses, making the most of wild flavours and local seasonal ingredients.

I specialise in courses that offer both foraging tuition and wild food cookery ideas as well as wild cocktail workshops. Bookable courses are usually held in East Sussex.

I also attend various events further afield across Sussex, Kent, Surrey and Bucks.

I aim to tailor my courses and walks to your skill level, whether you’re a complete beginner, or already have some foraging experience.
