Contact me
To discuss tailoring a session for you, email me on: sarah@wildfeast.co.uk or via the contact form and I’ll get back to you. Or call me on: 07909 508156.
My availability can be limited as I tend to get booked up – so please do get in touch for a chat sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment!
Whether it’s a hen do, a special anniversary or a private group booking, I can tailor a Wild Feast session to your specifications.
Are you interested in wild cocktail-making and infused booze, a foraging walk in a specific location, a demonstration, a children’s event, a beach BBQ, a special wild-inspired meal (with or without hands-on cookery), or another idea? I aim to be flexible…contact me for a chat.
“I wanted to say how much I enjoyed Friday night. It really came across that you knew your stuff and it was very interesting…Lovely on all fronts.”
Helen, Lewes
Schools, colleges and restaurants
I can offer a tailored educational session for students of subjects such as professional catering and ethnobotany, which can include:
• Skills and techniques for cleaning, preparing, processing and storing or preserving wild foods.
• Principles of plant identification.
• Principles of sustainable, safe foraging.
• Foraging walk covering wild, edible plants species.
• Further reading list.
“We would like to thank you for the excellent day you arranged for us, the students really enjoyed the day and have been asking questions since! I know some students are now following you on Instagram/Facebook and would like to attend one of your sessions again, Probably involving cocktail making!”
James Unwin, Curriculum Manager for Hospitality & Catering, Richmond upon Thames College
Pop-up wild cocktail bar
I make a mean wild botanical cocktail…from elderflower bellinis to wild margaritas, daiquiris, sours, old-fashioneds, countryside cosmopolitans or wild kir royales. I’d be very happy to discuss bringing a wild cocktail bar to your licensed event, wedding or venue. Get in touch for more information.

Wild food cooking demonstrations and tastings
I can put on a demonstration and tasting at your own venue for your friends or customers – please get in touch to discuss. Pictured: taster course at Sussex Coast College Hastings.
